On 23 May, Bring out the Best was registered as a trademark in the BOIP Trademarks Register. Driven by a request from China to allow use and registration of this trademark and domain, I wanted to avoid having to change my name and logo or having to pay for this.
Under number 1480338, the trademark is now registered for the classes:
35 (for auditing, consultancy, quality improvement, risk management and change management)
41 (for the workshops given by Bring out the Best in the field of GMP, risk analysis, process optimization, transition ISO 27001:2022) and
42 (testing, risk assessment, product development evaluation and certification consultancy).
