Practical, clear, and easy to apply

GMP

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) go beyond the many rules on paper. They ensure that products are consistently of high quality, safe for the end user, and meet the requirements of regulators. This applies to production chains in food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, among others.

My take on this

GMP is a complex matter, but it does not need to be presented as more complicated than it is. My approach is always practical and applicable:

  • Clearly explain what is needed, in understandable language for everyone in the organization
  • Pragmatic application within specific processes and working methods.
  • Analyze and manage risks so that problems are prevented rather than corrected.

GMP is not just about compliance, but about building a reliable and robust system that works in practice.

How can I help?

I support organizations with:

  • Risk and gap analysis.
  • System and software validation within GMP frameworks
  • Hardware qualification and associated documentation
  • Change control.
  • Practical on-site workshops and training for employees
  • Audit: both internal and supplier audit

My goal is always the same: GMP practice is understandable, verifiable, and workable — for people and processes.

ISO-driven systems

GMP and management systems

GMP touches on all layers of a quality management system and fits in well with ISO-based management systems. It can be integrated with existing quality, risk, and compliance structures.
A well-designed GMP system leads to fewer risks, more consistency and better control of processes. The result: better products, more trust, and fewer surprises during audits and inspections.
